If you wish to cancel your service, simply provide a 30-day notice. Please note, if the cancellation notice is given less than 30 days before the next billing cycle, the upcoming month’s payment will still be charged. If we do not have access to take payment, clients are required to submit the payment before the next billing cycle begins. This policy ensures fairness and allows us to manage our schedules effectively while maintaining the high standards of service you expect.
